Visualization of geographic variation in (``geovar``) is a python package to readily visualize joint allele frequency spectra from population genetic samples.

The ``geovar`` method and software was developed by Arjun Biddanda, with contributions from Daniel P. Rice and John Novembre.

The package design and template for this website was inspired by the wonderful `mushi <https://harrispopgen.github.io/mushi/>`_ package.
